A 4-week community experience to set boundaries like a total badass at home, at work, and in your relationships.
You’re totally tuckered out. You feel scattered and stretched too thin. You walk into a room, then can’t remember why you’re there or what you were meaning to do. Your conversations traverse 6 topics without completing a single thought.
You’re running in a million directions, and you’re responsible for a ridiculously large to-do list: laundry, dinner (decide, plan, shop, prepare), doctor’s appointments (for multiple people), travel plans, walking the dog, dealing with the AT&T cell phone bill, dropping off Amazon returns. The list goes on and on, including items that you’ll never get to (who in the world actually washes her make-up brushes on a weekly basis like they recommend???).
Instead of being “edgy” (in a hip way), you’re teetering on the edge of a major meltdown. Irritability? Check. Resentment? Yep. Pretty much everything feels like an imposition.
You have a recurring fantasy of winning the lottery and moving far away to an exotic location, surrounded by nothing but peaceful silence and luxurious comfort as your hottie butler, Stefan, serves you wine and cheese and never allows you to lift a finger.
Am I losing my mind?
Are my hormones out of whack?
Have I lost my mojo?
Am I the only one?
Here’s the problem:
YOU PUT YOURSELF DEAD ASS LAST.
Horrified at the thought of bringing a store bought cake to your friend’s party instead of making your famous homemade brownies…what would people think? They’d be so disappointed!
Flooded with fear when you consider telling your boss you don’t have the bandwidth for a new project or that you’ll be totally offline during your upcoming vacation.
Cringing at the thought of someone else loading the dishwasher, creating the presentation, planning the trip. (What if they do it wrong? What if they mess everything up?)
Able to count on one hand (or less!) the number of days off + naps you’ve had in the past year.
The energy was badass! The leaders very well rounded. The materials to support the workshop are outstanding.
Marina, Artist/Designer
You take care of everything and everyone else. In your list of priorities, your wants and needs fall to the bottom. Shit, your wants and needs may not even make the list.
Celebrated more…like on a daily basis…the big and the small
Felt connected to a community of badass, magical women
Could let all of your feelings belong
Let go of the shit that holds you back: guilt, expectations, dread, and resentment
Showing up for yourself with more care and compassion (you can kick that inner asshole to the curb!)
Time for what really matters most to you (and clarity around what this is)
The ability to tap the brakes on people pleasing, fear, and guilt
Confidence that you can handle whatever obstacles might arise - you're a rockstar at doing hard things
Everyone was very warm and welcoming; it felt like a safe place to be myself and ask for help on areas where I am struggling. When I asked a question, there was an overwhelming response from other attendees wanting help with the same issue. It's refreshing to know you're not alone and even more refreshing to have a bunch of ladies problem solve together. It's been several weeks since I've attended the workshop and I continue to find ways to implement ideas learned in my life. It definitely left a long lasting impression on me and has made a very positive impact on my life. Others in my life see the small changes and are happy I'm standing up for myself. Regardless of where you are in your life, I promise you will come away with at least one actionable item from the event.

A 4-week action-oriented community experience journeying D.E.E.P. into boundary-setting
You’ll go beyond the learning…beyond the cognitive understanding…to putting this shit into action so you can actually reap the benefits of having solid boundaries at home, at work, and in your relationships (including the relationship with yourself!).
Often we know what we “should” be doing, but it’s hard to actually do it: we forget, drift to old patterns, get tripped up with fear, worry, and people pleasing. That’s totally normal, and that’s why our Badass Boundaries Bootcamp is based on COMMUNITY SUPPORT. Not only will you have access to your Badass Bitch Guides (Jamie, Avery, and Lucy), but you’ll be surrounded by other women who are also serious about ditching Dead Ass Last in favor of reclaiming their Inner Badass.
We weave self-compassion (our favorite life skill ever) into every week, so you’ll learn to support yourself. There’s magic in this. We promise.
Discover your own boundaries, based on how you feel, what you want, and what you need, rather than based on what everyone else wants and needs from you.
Express your boundaries with confidence at home, at work, and in your relationships (including with yourself!). You’ll learn how to set boundaries with difficult people and in difficult situations.
Be Essential with your boundaries. You’ll clear the space and lighten the load so you can say “yes” to what matters most in your life.
Prioritize play, joy, and connection, which is the fuel for your Inner Badass.

We'd love to come home with you, but since we can't...our toolkit enables you to have all boundary basics at your fingertips.
Want one of your Badass Bitch Guides (aka Lucy, Jamie, or Avery) on speed dial? You can upgrade your experience to include Voxer support with Avery, Jamie, or Lucy during the 4-week Bootcamp. See pricing here.
* Voxer is a messaging app, where you can easily send audio and text messages. We find this super handy, as we tend to need help and think of ideas while on the go (i.e., in the middle of carpool line) when it's hard to write a proper email or have a full phone conversation. Voxer allows easy, asynchronous communication, so you get support as you need it.
Badass Boundaries workshop offered specific ways we can feel empowered to make needed changes in our lives. I'm grateful for the encouragement and tools to make my life feel healthier and be more balanced!
Sarah, Psychologist
We are 3 women in our 40's, all with PhDs in Psychology and years of training and experience in our private practices. And yet...
It still took us 4 decades to figure out how to stop putting ourselves Dead Ass Last in our own lives and embrace our Inner Badass. For over 30 years combined, we've helped successful and stressed-out women reclaim peace and ease, ditch their perfectionism, and reconnect with their sassy sense of fun and humor. We're here to challenge the belief that you should do everything in your power to "have it all." We believe that the harder you try to "have it all" the more you'll feel like you're never enough.
Together, we’re creating a world where women have what they need to be successful, fiercely confident, at peace. and boundlessly joyful.
From the very beginning of the workshop, I felt comfortable to turn on my camera, unmute myself, and join in the energy of the (virtual) room. I had fun, learned a ton, and was able to immediately implement the tools I learned during the workshop.

sick of doing it all and never relaxing
convinced your schedule controls you…and you’d like to flip this around

aren’t interested in connecting with other women or getting support
don’t want to make changes in your life
are totally against making yourself a priority

JOIN WAITLIST
Dates for the next round of the bootcamp coming soon.
When does the program start?
Everything is optional! We trust that you are a competent, grown ass woman, and we have full confidence in how you choose to use your time. You can attend as little or as much as you would like. There’s no pressure to attend everything. All calls / practices will be recorded and posted for you to access during the program.
You’ll receive access to the video recordings, so you can watch it whenever you want. Plus, you’ll have the chance to submit any specific questions in advance, so we can cover them if you can’t be present for the coaching call.
What if I have to miss one of live calls?
To get the most out of the program, we suggest you set aside a total of 2-4 hours each week (which includes the two weekly live calls).
How much time will this take each week?
We are psychologists, but we are not wearing our therapist hats during these workshops. We come to this experience as teachers and guides. We are more than happy to provide referrals to local therapists if you're interested in therapy.
Is this therapy?
This line of thinking is exactly why Badass Boundaries Bootcamp is the perfect program for you! Our clients have often dedicated their lives to serving others, and one of our main reasons for creating this program is to help women like you learn to prioritize themselves (and to drop the guilt and shame for taking care of themselves!). We also believe that we can better serve the world when we are well resourced.
It feels selfish to invest this much time and money in myself. Shouldn’t I be doing something more productive with my resources?
We are not able to accommodate refunds, as there are a limited number of spaces in the program and when you sign up for the Bootcamp, you reserve one of those spots. Each Badass who enrolls in the program commits to the entire duration of the program and is financially responsible for the cost and all payments, regardless of her attendance.
What is your refund policy?
Great! Send us an email at connect@badassmethod.com and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
I’ve got another question.
